Where exactly are you located?

We are located at 1776 Highway 6, Tatamagouche, right next to the Shell/Robin's location. Just 5-minutes from all the shops and restaurants on Main Street.

When will construction be complete?

The first building will be ready for occupancy in May, 2026. We are currently  pre-leasing with over 60% already leased. Construction of the second building is underway with completion slated for fall of 2026. 

How many units will be available?

There are 22 units spread over two buildings. There are eighteen  1-Bedroom and four 2-Bedroom units in total.

How much is the rent?

Rents vary depending on the unit size. You can see the unit layouts and rents by scrolling down to the next section of this web site. 

When will rental applications be available?

We are currently accepting applications for May 1st 2026 occupancy. Simply click the "Inquire About Renting" link to start the application process.  

Is this a seniors only building?

While seniors are very much welcome, the building is available for all age groups. 

Are pets permitted?

Yes, standard household pets like cats, dogs, and birds will be permitted but no farm animals or exotic pets. Only 1 dog under 25 pounds is permitted per unit.

Are utilities or internet included in the rent?

No. Power and internet will be the the tenants responsibility. Water is included. 

Are there any ground floor units?

Most of the 1 bedroom units are located on the ground floor and offer level entry with a 36" wide main entry door directly from the outside.  The 2 bedroom units are all on the second floor. 

Is there any additional storage available?

Yes, there will be storage units on site that tenants can rent if they wish. They are 5' x 7' unheated, with secure, ground level, outside entrance. 

Is there onsite parking?

Yes, there will be one parking space for each unit included in the rent.  Additional parking spaces will be available for an additional cost. There will be ample visitor parking and bike racks available for tenants . 

Will the driveway and parking be paved?

Yes, the entrance and parking areas will be paved and the property will be professional landscaped and maintained.

Will there be any security?

Yes, the site will be monitored 24/7 by state of the art security cameras.
