The focal point of the waterfront park will be a custom built water front gazebo with outdoor cooking area. The fully equipped custom outdoor kitchen will include a bbq, pizza oven, smoker and stainless steel prep area. Complementing the kitchen space will be a picnic area and outdoor lounging area with fire pit. As an owner in Livia Shores you will have the opportunity to book this space for your private function such as birthdays, weddings, anniversaries etc. Rounding out the park will be an outdoor games area with horseshoes and washer toss, waterside lounging area, community herb and vegetable garden and gated dog park.
